Currently, we are seeking funding to build a state of the art manufacturing facility. This Facility will  produce  the only patented thermal envelope  available nationally or internationally.

This Panelized product answers the need for affordable humanitarian, Military and the private sector housing with a five star H.E.R.S. Rating  (Home Energy Rating System)

Additionally, this system can be incorporated in all types of commercial and industrial building Projects (All Green material and technology)

Havniear/ Seaborne LLC, Bend Oregon –  Own build and manage several commercial properties:

  • Hydrocare LLC/ DBA Parts per millian, Bend Oregon – (Clean Water) Clean storm and other surface water by removing Hydrocarbons and other toxins using a patented filtering system. Maintenance: replace fiber in filter container as needed.  The contaminated fiber is then usable for fuel in certain technologies. (All Green Material andTechnology)
  • Black Horse Saloon, Bend Oregon – Design/build. Owner operator , Principle and Managing member.
  • Central Oregon Cycles, Bend Oregon – Design/build  Principle and Managing member
  • Sleep Inn and Suites, Redmond Oregon – Design/ build, 74 room hotel, restaurant and conference center. Principle and  a managing member
  • Medisiss, Redmond Oregon – Design/build,  sterilize and Recycle medical devices. Invested in the company and sold to Medline Industries after 10 years of operation.
